Hungary is now in U-20 semi-finals of World Cup. Italy lost to Hungary by 3-2 after two extra times on Friday.

Two goals from defender Krisztian Nemeth gave a pace to the precious victory of Hungary. Till regular time both sides were 1-1.

Hungary was ahead just the 2nd minute when midfielder Vladimir Koman converted a penalty. The first half of the game was tough for Italy to equalize.

Just 5 minutes before the end of the second half defender Antonio Mazzotta of Italy scored the first goal for his country.

Nemeth scored the second goal at the 112th minute.

In the match there were too many yellow and red cards. Five times yellow card and one red for Hungary and Italy was yellow carded and red carded three times.

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles lost against the 10-men German today by 3-2 in the Under-20 World Cup.

The loosing is a clear poor finishing, lousy defending and tactical blunders according to critics. Till half-time the score remained 0-0.

In the 51st minute Danny Uchechi of Nigeria Flying Eagles opened up with a strong header at the far post. The score was equalised within seconds through Bjorn Kopplin.

In the 64th minute Tobias Kempe of Germany was given a red card. He stamped on the knee of Nurudeen Orelesi.

In the 68th minute the Flying Eagles took the lead. Orelesi passed a ball to Ibrahim and he fired it past Germany’s Zieler for his first goal in the tournament.

Just 7 minutes after this Mario Vrancic of Germany scored from eight yards.

Ghana beat South Africa by 2-1 in Under-20 World Cup Egypt in Ismailia. Both the teams were keen to head to the quarter-finals of the Youth Championships. The next World Cup host tried hard to break the deadlock in the game. In the 37th minute a free kick was missed by them.

However, after the 56th minute of the game the South Africa got the chance to score the first goal as a quick free kick. Well, in the 66th minute captain Andre Ayew of Ghana headed a goal. He has a record of scoring in every game of this tournament till date.

After 1-1 the time was up and extra time was given. Both the sides were seen more tentative. Ghana took the lead in the 8th minute of the extra time and broke the heart of South Africans.

Ghana will play with Korea Republic in the quarter-final.
